17th of every even month (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec)

Full page ad (4.5 “ wide x 7.5” high) $20 per month
  Half page ad (4.5” wide x 3.75” high) $12 per month/$48 per yr      
One-Third page ad (4.5” wide x 2.5” high) $8 per month
Business Card ad $6 per month or $30 per year
