Attending the annual dance of neighbor clubs should be part of every
dancers experience. Each club that puts on an annual dance incurs
significant expenses. Out of area caller and cuer fees and their
travel expenses need to be paid. Facility rental is usually higher
on weekends. Each club depends on participation and support from
area dancers to make ends meet. And it is more than that: It is the
friendship and camaraderie - the sharing of the square dance
experience.
There are two annual dances on the horizon:
The Swinging Stars are hosting their 53rd
Anniversary Dance on Saturday, March 31st at Roger Bryan School.
Rod Shuping is calling and Debby Vogt is cueing.
The Kingman Kut-Ups are hosting their 32nd
Cruisin Route 66 Jubilee on Friday and Saturday, April 13-14 at
the Senior Nutrition Center in Kingman, Arizona. Lee Hailey and
Mike Wilder are calling. Nancy Mouser is cueing.
Hope to see you there
